This is the last of the three part cupcake series. And I have saved the best for last – amazingly dense and rich chocolate mud cake, and the best chocolate buttercream frosting I’ve ever used for piping.

Here is part two of the Clever Muffin capcake adventures. Butter cupcakes (otherwise known as vanilla) with red cream cheese frosting!
I made these in normal cupcake size as in the pic above with all three cupcakes cupcakes, and some mini ones as below.
