Hedgehog slice

You know what a hedgehog slice looks like? A dense brownie. You know what most hedgehog slices taste like? Crumbly biscuit. FAIL.

Chew peanut butter brownie

These brownies are, very literally, my personal brownie points. Because, as I’ve previously mentioned when making peanut butter choc chip cookies, I don’t like peanut butter.

So when I make something with peanut butter in it for you, I feel this is the epitomy of where I should earn some brownie points. I baked this with love, and I won’t even eat any.

Apple, custard and white choc muffins

Let me tell you a story about men, and the mystery of custard powder.

While serving these Apple and White Choc muffins up to a couple of visitors at my house, a man asked “how do you get the custard in?”

Good question. Very good question.
